One of the best articles I've read about imposter syndrome. Very thoughtful, well crafted and an actionable framework. Lending yourself the kind of compassion you would a friend is what I have found to be a real game-changer.

I particularly loved > “What if this fails?” ask: “What can we learn from trying?” 👌

"but because they’ve learned to trust their journey" -> YES! my favourite thing to say is trust the process!

🙌 Trusting the process is such a powerful mindset. It’s not always easy, but it’s where the real growth happens. Grateful this resonated with you Claudia.

Great post, it's jam-packed with insight. My imposter syndrome stems from the "You’re a Jack of All Trades, Master of None" situation. And the CARE Framework is so useful! Thanks for sharing this :)

Thank you for sharing the CARE framework, I’ll definitely give it a try!

On my side, when anxiety shows up, I take a moment to visualize the path that led me to this point, and I remind myself to celebrate the fact that I made it here, regardless of what might happen next.
